ELF Color 101 Hypershine lip gloss set

After getting my first hypershine lip gloss in fairy, I fell in love with it. When I was reading someone's blog on their hauls, they said that these were limited edition so I couldn't move my fingers fast enough to go ahead and buy this set.
These colors are fabulous! From left to right, it comes with a baby pink (5048-2), peachy coral (5048-1) ,grape purple with a lot of glitter (5048-3), apple red with sliver glittery (5048-4), and dark grape (5048-5).
purple color.
These colors are very very nice, pigmented and aren't sticky. I'd buy these again, but I have WAYYYY too many lip glosses. Thats why i'm going to share it with my sister and mom =).

Conclusion:
-price: A+ ($5 for the whole set; $1 each lip gloss)
-packaging: A
-product quality: B+
-Overall quality: A
-Buy again? Yes =), very happy with the purchase

New Vanity Set up

Just yesterday, I felt like my room needs change...yes again. So I rearranged my vanity table/dresser drawers. I try to keep everything in order, but those stacked up organizers make is so hard =(.The wooden box I got at Ikea for $12 I believe, but that was about a year ago. Now I don't think they carry it because I have went to Ikea a few weeks again, and every time I go there, they don't have it anywhere in the store. The light up mirror I got for $24 at Marshall last year. The little brush holder and the tray is a DIY thing I did last week when I got bored. The tray originally made into a lipstick holder, but I just took out the sections. Holders are made from cardboard boxes that were laying around in my house and the delivery boxes from ELF cosmetics. If your wondering why I have a Adidas watch wrapped around my eye cream, it's because in the morning, I'm quite in a rush and I need something to keep track of the time. The brushes are a mixture of Crown brushes, ELF brushes, Eco tool brushes, Posh brushes, and MAC brushes.
All my blushes, mostly from the ELF studio collection. I also have some MAC, Revlon, the body shop and Laura Geller.
Bronzer and highlighter- We got some ELF studio, MAC bronzer, NYC bronzer in Sunny, the body shop, elf natural radiance in Luminance, Tarte Cheek stains.
Basic face stuff- ELF complexion perfection, MAC studio fix in NC25, MAC Dame Edna beauty powder in Spectacular, Make up forever HD powder, Urban Decay Brow Box in Betty Beige, Guerlain Highlighter beads. My random eye stuff- ELF mineral eyeshadows, ELF pencil sharpener, ELF duo dream eyeshadows, Clinique GWP eyeshadows, Smashbox eyeshadow, VS Beauty Rush eyeshadows, Sephora white eyeshadow from the birthday freebie, Skin food BB cream in tone 2, duo eyelash glue, MAC paint pot, Make up forever aqua eyeliners and Make up forever flash palette. Eyeshadow pigments- Depoted Beauty Rush luminance eyeshadows, 90+ Leishi/ Lanmei pigments
My gray clarisonic pro in its lil home, some 90% Rubbing alchol to clean my makeup and a mini hand sanitizer.
My palettes- 88 warm palette, 88 color palette, DIY simmer palette, all of the beauty encyclopedias from ELF
Eyeliners, Mascaras and a few lip products that have no room in the other sections. Lots and Lots of lip glosses, lip balms, and a few OCC lip tars.
Lipsticks and VS Beauty Rush lip glosses.
Random stuff- MAC selected moisture blend in NC20, ELF tone correcting concealer, MAC prep and prime with SPF 50, ELF primers X2, ELF shimmering facial whips, VS beauty rush cream eyeshadows

Nail tools, False lashes
Random crap....
So there is my new arrangement of my vanity. If there is anything that caught your eye and want me to review it, please feel free to comment below and I will get on that. =)

Another OMG moment? Oh geez....ELF?!?!

O....M....G. Elf just released tons of new brushes in the mineral line. It looks sooooooo nice, I'm placing an order now now now!! Why is ELF doing this to me. This would be like my 13th haul xD. BTW all of these new brushes are $5...kind of pricey for ELF but hey, I love buying their products. The whole packaging of the brushes remind a lot of the CVS Essence of Beauty Brushes, don't they?

All-over eyeshadow brush

Angled Blush Brush

Blending Eye Brush

Complexion Brush

Concealer Brush

Contour Brush

Flat Eyeliner Brush

Foundation Brush

Lash & Brow Comb

Lip Brush
Powder Brush

Smudge Brush

How come everytime I want to buy from ELF, they don't have the 50% coupon codes for minerals or studio. I do remember one time when there was a coupon for both at the same time and the 60% coupon code a few days later. Those were the days.

OMG moment

OGMOGMOGMOMOGOGMOG I just saw my daily ELF newsletter and am SOOO EXCITED!! ELF Studio tinted moisturizer! When this comes out, I'm totally going to buy every shade >=D. I am in need of a good foundation/ tinted moisturizer.
Yes I know, I'm a big dork.

ELF beauty encyclopedia eye editions- Everday eye edition, Sparkle edition, Basic eye edition

Finally I have collected all of the beauty encyclopedia. I JUST LOVE 'EM. Worth ever penny (meaning only $5 each =D). All of them come with 12 eyeshadow colors, 2 cream eyeshadow, a brush/sponge applicator and a mini brightening eyeliner.
*WARNING*- These eyeshadows are very pigmented but are very soft causing a LOT of fall out.

Sparkle eye edition

It comes with a brown eyeliner and brush/ sponge applicator.
I'm not particularly loving the "sparkle" effects because it’s way too glittery to the point that’s its just pressed glitter. They do come with beautiful colors but they aren't pressed good enough so there is a lot of fall out. Top row: As you can see, the first two colors on the left are the "sparkle" shadows and there is absolutely no color at all.
Middle row: The blue is my favorite because it's a duo chrome (meaning it looks like one color, but when the light hits it becomes another color). It looks like a flat light sea blue but it has a golden property to it which reminds me of mermaids. Bottom Row
Out of the three eye editions, this one is the most inconsistent one out of all of them.

Conclusion:
-price: A+ ($1 each!)
-packaging: B
-product quality: C
-Overall quality: B
-Buy again? Maybe...most likely not

Basic Eye Edition- comes with a mini brightening eyeliner in black
Out of the three, this one is my favorite. The colors are beautiful and is the most consistent one. It comes with purples, golds, an orange and many more.
Top row: The first thing that surprised me was the first color on the left. In the pan, it looks like its a nice creamy light golden color but when swatched on the hand, its actually a sliver. I thought my brush was dirty or something xD.
Middle Row
Bottom Row
Conclusion:
-price: A+ ($5 each)
-packaging: B+
-product quality: B+
-Overall quality: B++
-Buy again? Maybe

Everyday Eye Edition -comes with a mini Brightening eye liner in Coffee
Out of the three, this definitely ranks a solid #2 but very close to being a #1. Surprisingly I really love the cream eyeshadows. In the past, I did buy all of the cream eyeshadow duos from the regular line and hated them, but this changes my judgement 180 degrees. The left cream is a nice light golden cream color and the right one is a darker bronze color. Both have a better consistency compared to the normal line and reminds me of UDPP's sin.
Top Row: I don't have any of the brightening eye quads, but I'm 100% sure that this is "Drama". Middle rowBottom Row
Conclusion:
-price: A+ ($5 each)
-packaging: B+
-product quality: B+
-Overall quality: B++
-Buy again? Maybe
