Chi silk infusion

I remember back in the days when I didn't know what a straightener was. Keep in mind, my hair is naturally really wavy and frizzy and i honestly don't know how I could live without a straightener. But one of the things I did wrong was put too much hair serum back in the day so my hair was super slim and flat. I look back and I just wish someone would have told me and introduced me to Youtube LOL. I have to say I look way better now LOL.

When the youtube beauty era started, people just kept talking about Chi silk infusion, chi silk infusion. I really wanted to know what everyone was talking about, so I went to the salon store near where I live and they had the biggest size of this for $34 on sale. That’s actually the retail price and they said it was $42 originally LOL. I didn't care and I made my mom buy it for me but I think that it was worth it since it lasted me for about four years! That was a $30 well spent I think.

What chi silk infusion is a serum that protects your hair from thermal damage and you can apply this on your wet or dry hair. I usually just use it after I blow-dry my hair and I know I should put it before, but I don't like to put stuff in my hair when it’s wet. Just a little bit goes a long way, just about a dime size is more than enough for your whole head. I remember when I first got it, it kept touching my hair because it just made it so soft and silky. Using this with a ceramic hair straightener is best since it will give your hair that deep penetration of silk proteins.

This product does have a strong scent but I really like it. Its got the same scent of a man’s cologne , the same scent of Givenchy Play men’s cologne. I personally like the scent and know a lot of other people really like the scent and it does stay in your hair after you apply it, so if that bothers you then don’t get this product.

Word of advice if you live near a Winners, get this when they have it since I know they have it sometimes. I snatched it last month when I saw they finally had it again. The bottle I got was the second largest bottle for $20 so I think it’s not that bad. I could just live in Winners :D.

skin79 BB cream haul from eBay

Since my skin79 hot pink bb cream I got last year from Hong Kong is going to run out very soon and I don’t want to part with it, I hit up eBay and got myself some good deals! I have tried other two bb creams previous from trying the skin 79 bb creams but I really didn’t like it. I have tried the aloe skin food one but I didn’t really like it since it just doesn’t really work that great and it could easily look somewhat cakey. I have tried my sister’s missha one but it’s a little too grey for my liking.

The skin79 hot pink is so easy to use, you don’t even have to use a brush and it just melts into the skin like butter. I almost never use a brush with this bb cream, I mean you don’t even need to! The color is somewhat grey but when you blend it into your skin, you can’t tell and it does give pretty good sheer to medium coverage.

So I already know that I love the brand skin79 so I wanted to try what else they offer.  I actually bought from two different sellers.  The first one was a deal for 2 15g travel sized bb creams for $19.99, which I thought was a pretty good deal since one runs for about $10-$12.  If you don’t know about bb creams, and I know myself am sick of hearing this, but bb cream is on the fine line of a foundation and tinted moisturizer.  A lot of people say that bb creams are just tinted moisturizer, but I don’t think so.  I think it’s in a completely different realm of things.  BB creams has a lot of different properties, especially whitening properties since Asians really seek out snow white skin.

-SPF Protection 50 PA+++
-Eco-oil mix (plant based eco ingredients)

I also got myself some samples of the Snail nutrition bb cream. I didn’t get a travel size of it because I really don’t know how I feel about having snail slime on my face. >_< Benefits they claim are:

-brightens dark and dull skin tone
-whitening properties
-wrinkle improvement
-contains 45% Korean snail secretion
-UVA and B rays protection

I will be doing reviews in the future when I have more time to use these but I’m really excited to use them since I’m a really low maintenance kind of girl and I never touch up so we will see how this goes .

eBay sellers I got the bb creams from.  I highly recommend them since they have pretty cheap prices, fast shipping (and its free shipping too :D), top sellers and they sell the real deal and none of that fake stuff.  Check it out :D. They do give you some samples, but the first seller I link you do gives you tonssss of samples so just a heads up . They are really good sellers.

Forever 21 rings haul

I have an issue.  Before I was collecting make up for about four years and i have since slowed down since I have too much and I'm being more realistic.  I can't use all that make up...I'm going to start cleaning out a lot of it and give it away to my boyfriend's sister.  But now i'm addicted to buying accessories since it makes your outfit's mood.  Just wearing a plain white t-shirt and jeans is really boring.  Put on a few accessories and voila :).
I was waiting for my boyfriend in the mall, and that itself is already dangerous because I always want to be doing something when I'm waiting so I naturally went to forever 21's accessories section.  I have to admit that forever 21 has pretty nice accessories, bit I never buy anything that’s over $6.80 since I don't think it’s worth it.

So i honestly went back just to get the cheetah ring since I saw it last time but I passed on it since it wasn't really my style and it reminds me a lot of guess style.  But I just kept thinking about it and i actually had a dream about it, so i went back to get it.  I had to search long and hard since it had been a week since I last saw it and a lot of it was already sold.  This is the bad thing about forever 21 accessories, if you like something then you have to buy it then and there or else a few days later, there would be nothing left.  So I did finally found one all the way in the back, all jumbled up with other rings.  It is somewhat a pain in the bum if you are shopping for accessories in forever 21 since it’s like shopping in a thrift store, dig dig dig!
What attracted me to the cheetah ring is that it feels really expensive, and could be sold at guess for $30 but it was $6.80.  The eyes have "emerald" gems which doesn't look too cheap and some rhinestones on the tail.  I usually don't like my accessories too bling blinging since it easily looks super cheap but this looks really nice and I'm glad I finally got it :).

The next one I got is an armour ring which I'm usually super shy about wearing things that will attract a lot of attention but the oyster shell center of it just was too pretty! I'm really on a shell kick lately, my DKNY rose gold watch and this! So pretty!  I love how it also has tribal details all around it which reminds me of a sun.  This one is actually cheaper than the cheetah one, $4.80 YEY :D.

The other three is kind of meh but I thought it would be nice to wear it with other rings.  I got this really cute red heart ring.  It is somewhat girly for my taste, but I somehow really like it and how the enamel is pretty high quality.  $3.80, a cheap thrill: D.

I'm noticed that recently, forever 21 in Canada (or just the one where I live), are coming out with more things that are only $1.50 and I love that! So cheap: D, I don't have to turn to eBay for super cheap accessories.  I got the star ring which is plain and simple but It’s really good quality and I'm pretty sure its just alloy but for the price, you can't beat it! $1.50.  When I went to pay, there are always bowls there to attract people to buy more stuff! So sneaky but I saw that the cardboard is pink which means $1.50~~  I know it kind of looks like the rings you would get when you were a kind at parties, but I swear to you that it looks prettier in person and when you wear it, the "gem" sparkles in a very subtle but pretty way.

I'm really concerned about myself control LOL.  I think i should stay away from the mall for the next three months :'(.
